SAMLARC Members of all ages are invited to grab a fishing pole and head to the Lake to compete against friends and neighbors! The annual Fishing Derby is a great way to enjoy a morning in the great outdoors! Thanks to careful stewardship of the Lake's ecosystem, the Lake is filled with a variety of bass, catfish, and minnows!

Guidelines
- One fishing pole per person
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Boats are not permitted
- Participants must provide their own fish buckets, no LIVE Bait
- Last weigh-in at 9:30 a.m.
- You must be a SAMLARC resident to win a prize
- Winners will be announced at 10:00 a.m.
