Vandalism & Graffiti
In you see vandalism or graffiti in progress, please call 911 and report a crime in progress! To report finding vandalism or graffiti at a SAMLARC facility, please report immediately to the SAMLARC Beach Club Office at (949) 858-1390.
OC Animal Control

ALERT OC
All residents are encouraged to register with AlertOC, the mass notification system designed to keep Orange County residents and businesses about emergencies and certain community events. By registering with AlertOC, important time-sensitive voice messages from the County, City and community in which you live or work may be sent to your home, cell or business phone. Text messages may also be sent to cell phones, email accounts and hearing impaired receiving devices. Click to register.

The Orange County Sheriff Department (OCSD) provides local law enforcement to the City of Rancho Santa Margarita. All personal property matter, criminal matters, domestic violence, hate crimes, graffiti, noise complaints, suspicious activities and other matters related to law enforcement should be directed to OCSD.
