SAMLARC.org was created as another way for SAMLARC Members to connect with your community.

• SAMLARC Homeowners: Please enter your full street address and your HOA account number (listed on your monthly assessment statement as Customer ID: SAMLA XXXX XX). Replace the spaces with dashes (e.g., SAMLA-1234-56)
• Please note that if you have recently purchased a home, our system may take a few weeks to sync.
• SAMLARC Apartment Residents: Please enter your apartment community name and enter your unit number. 

Please note: SAMLARC.org is a great place to learn more about our SAMLARC community. Assessment payments and home improvement applications will continue to be hosted through SAMLARC's management company site at samlarc.connectresident.com and is a separate account.
