Sub Associations
Subordinate Maintenance Associations
Some SAMLARC neighborhoods are governed by a "neighborhood HOA," or a Subordinate Maintenance Association. Sub-Associations are responsible for neighborhood common area amenities. Members who would like to begin a home improvement project must receive approval by both the Sub and SAMLARC - and must receive Sub approval prior to submitting to SAMLARC.

SAMLARC Apartment Communities
Several apartment communities within Rancho Santa Margarita are also Members of SAMLARC. These communities are privately managed and all common area and key card questions should be directed to the appropriate community management company.
