Play, connect, and dive into community living at the Vista Room – now open at Altisima Pool! The Board of Directors is excited to announce a new clubhouse where Members can enjoy beautiful weather and create new memories while taking in the views of the Altisima Pool and majestic Saddleback Mountains.
Designed as an indoor/outdoor multi-use recreation space, the Vista Room serves the multi-faceted needs of our community. Families can reserve the space for private gatherings, SAMLARC classes and clubs can host recurring events, and community organizations may rent the space for small meetings. This space provides families in the Melinda Heights region with a dedicated gathering place – upholding SAMLARC’s vision for a dynamic community founded in strong relationships.
The Vista room includes two sets of French doors that open onto the Altisima pool deck and picnic area. The adjacent picnic area is included with the rental, including exclusive use of two outdoor tables and shaded by an outdoor patio cover. The room is furnished with modular tables and chairs that can be configured for a variety of setups, and the kitchenette features a full-size refrigerator, sink, and microwave.
The Vista Room is a demonstration of SAMLARC’s dedication to making existing spaces warm and welcoming. Previously, the Vista Room was used as a SAMLARC administrative office – and renovating the room was made possible thanks to consistent contributions to SAMLARC’s reserves.
