The SAMLARC 2024 Policies & Guidelines and Architectural Standards are available now for Member reference. The documents were adopted by the Board at the January 23, 2024 Board of Directors Meeting and came into effect on February 7, 2024. Members received a postcard notification via USPS noting the documents' adoption and availability. Log into the Resident Portal (managed by FirstService Residential) and view the documents.
