The SAMLARC Board of Directors held their monthly meeting on October 22, 2024, to discuss projects and initiatives that maintain and enhance the SAMLARC community. The Board approved all Consent Calendar items for the stewardship of SAMLARC’s assets and viability, ongoing community maintenance, and contracts with professional service providers.
October Highlights
- Approved the proposed revisions to the 2025 Architectural Standards and Policies & Guidelines. The documents are available for Members to review at SAMLARC.org/homeowners. Written comments on the documents must be received by 5:00 PM on January 20, 2025. Verbal comments will also be accepted at the January 28, 2025, Board Meeting.

Approved a variety of contracts and work authorizations for the ongoing maintenance of critical pieces of SAMLARC’s infrastructure, including sidewalks, roofs, and irrigation. Project schedules and anticipated amenities impacts will be available at SAMLARC.org/projects
The SAMLARC Board of Directors is committed to preserving the value, desirability, and attractiveness of all properties within SAMLARC. The next SAMLARC Board of Directors Meting will be held on November 12, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Lago Santa Margarita Beach Club. Per Civil Code 4920, the Open Session and Executive Session Agendas for each meeting are officially posted at the SAMLARC Beach Club and Business Offices. Open Session Meetings are open to SAMLARC Members.
