This year’s Bacon, Bourbon & Blues is a celebration of the roaring ‘20s! Bring out the flapper dresses, dapper suits, and strings of pearls for the costume contest. Make memories of the night with a ‘20s photo booth, watch cigar rolling demonstrations, and dance the night away with the AbSOULute band!
Explore 4 Unique Bourbons
Four distilleries will share their bourbons at Bacon, Bourbon & Blues: Angels Envy, High West, WhistlePig, and Savage & Cooke. Attendees will receive a tasting card featuring the tasting notes and bacon pairings. After you’ve sampled each bourbon, our bartenders will create a signature cocktail with your favorite pick!
Roaring 20s Costume Contest
Time to flaunt the flapper dresses, flat caps, and Gatsby glamor! Dress up in your 1920s best and compete for Best-Dressed Gal, Best-Dressed Guy, or enter with your significant other for Best-Dressed Pair! Winners will receive gift cards to one of Rancho Santa Margarita’s hippest spots to take it easy - The Blind Pig! The Best-Dressed Gal and Guy will each receive a $50 gift card and the Best-Dressed Pair will receive a $100 gift card - all to The Blind Pig! Get in the Gatsby spirit and join the party!
Delightful Bites
We’ll begin the evening with a decadent, Prohibition-inspired menu includes bright salads, baked chicken breast in a champagne cream sauce, grass-fed Angus beef, garlic focaccia bread, whipped cheesy potatoes, and toasted rice pilaf! Plus, end the evening with a sweet nightcap - tuxedo chocolate cake or butter cake!
After dinner, swing by the tasting bar to receive your specialty bourbon and bacon pairings! Each pairing has been curated to bring out complex bacon and bourbon flavor profiles like spiced maple, sweet clementine, smoked peach, and honey jalapeño!

- Tickets include the 4 bourbon/bacon pair tastings, signature bourbon cocktails, beer, wine, delightful bites, and more!
- This event is for SAMLARC Members and guests 21+. SAMLARC Member cards and government IDs will be required upon entry.
- Ticket price of $60 per person (plus credit card processing fee).
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Limit of 6 tickets per household.
