Aura Luxe Sound instructor Brittany Surico is a certified yoga and sound bath facilitator with over 5 years of experience, having guided more than 500 students through transformative practices.

This program offers sound bath meditation experiences designed to help participants rest, recharge, and reset. All necessary equipment and set up will be provided, creating a seamless and stress-free experience. Sound bath meditation supports relaxation, reduces stress, and helps participants feel more centered and connected, making it a valuable tool for both personal wellness and group cohesion. Ages 13-55+.
