Lago Santa Margarita Lakeshore

Enjoy the sights, sounds and treats of the season with family and friends at the Lago Santa Margarita! The festivities will begin at 5:00 p.m. at the Lakeshore with complimentary hot cocoa and cookies. The opening ceremonies will begin with a holiday dance performance and storytelling of “The Night Before Christmas” before Santa & Mrs. Claus arrive by boat to help light the Christmas tree! After the tree has been lit, families are welcome to stay and have a professional photo taken with Santa & Mrs. Claus! This event is open to SAMLARC Members and their guests - no registration required! Deck the halls for SAMLARC's Holiday Home Decorating Contest! Showcase your outdoor seasonal style with lights, tinsel, trees, and more! Decorations must be in place and photos submitted online by December 10. SAMLARC will publish a custom holiday map so that Members can take a tour around town and vote for their favorite homes from December 11-January 1! Winning homes will receive special gift card prizes. This contest is a SAMLARC Member exclusive, so be ready to decorate!

SAMLARC’s kids have a direct line to the North Pole! Children will be able to speak with Santa and share their excitement for the holidays, learn about their favorite holiday activities, and double-check the nice list! Open to SAMLARC Member families only; suggested age range is 2-12 years old.

Musical Ensembles at the Lago Santa Margarita

Lago Santa Margarita Lakeshore

Take an evening stroll around the Lakeshore and Beach Club to enjoy performances by talented local musicians! Visit Gingerbread Lane inside the Beach Club, where children can make a gingerbread craft, and take a professional family photo with Santa Claus. Grab a cup of hot cocoa and a sweet treat, then enjoy a trackless train ride, listen to the Carolers, walk down the all-new trail of lights, and take a stroll around the Lakeshore to enjoy musical performances by talented local musicians throughout the evening.
