Wonderful Water Aerobics

Returning Summer 2025!

Water Aerobics Classes consist of a five-minute warm up, fifteen minutes of intense Aerobics, fifteen minutes of increased resistance strengthening and a 10-minute cool down which includes stretching at the pool wall. Providing this service will promote good health, increased strength, balance, range of motion and an overall feeling of wellbeing for all participants. Ages 55-80
