SAMLARC welcomed two new service vendors in January to assist in the everyday operations and safety of the community. As you travel the community, you may see members of the FirstService Residential Janitorial & Maintenance team completing projects at the parks, trails, and Lakeshore. Additionally, Titanium Security will provide safety services throughout SAMLARC's facilities. The Board of Directors looks forward to these new partnerships in providing a safe and attractive community for Members!
