2024 Director Applications for Nomination

As recommended by the 2024 Election Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at the August 22 Board Meeting, the next Election of the SAMLARC Board of Directors will take place on February 22, 2024. A Special Meeting of the Board of Directors for the tabulation of ballots will be held on February 21, 2024.

There are 3 positions on the Board open for the 2024-2026 term. To be eligible to serve on the Board, you must meet all requirements below and submit an application by the posted deadline.

1. Applicant must be a SAMLARC Member and an Owner of Record

2. Applicant must be current in all SAMLARC assessment

3. Applicant must not be related to a currently-serving Director or applicant with a joint ownership interest in the parcel

4. Applicant must have been a SAMLARC Member for at least 1 year

5. Applicant must not have a past criminal conviction that would prevent SAMLARC from purchasing or terminate SAMLARC's existing fidelity bond

The deadline for Board Director Applications for Nomination is 5 PM on October 16, 2023 and in accordance with SAMLARC’s Bylaws, no applications or nominations can be made after 5 PM on November 14, 2023.  For more information and to obtain an application, contact Tita Gervasi, SAMLARC Executive Assistant, at tita.gervasi@fsresidential.com.
