From landscape renovations to paint revitalization, SAMLARC’s architectural design themes support a cohesive community aesthetic throughout our residential neighborhoods. If you are contemplating a home improvement project, our Community Services team looks forward to connecting with you at our NEW Home Improvement Open Houses with SAMLARC! Held once per month at the Business Office, these workshops are a great way to meet the SAMLARC Community Services team and learn about SAMLARC’s architectural improvement process. Themes will vary from month to month – from the basics of architectural submittals to how paint villages work in your neighborhood!
The first Open House will be held on Wednesday, March 20 from 4:00-5:30 PM at the SAMLARC Business Office. The Community Services team will be on hand to meet with Members and provide one on one guidance on how to register for the SAMLARC Resident Portal and submitting architectural requests, as well as answering questions related to exterior architectural modifications.
