This gentle, but deep stretch, yoga class is appropriate for anyone who wants to reconnect their mind and body. Designed for both beginners and intermediate students, Gentle Yoga for the Rest of Us improves flexibility, balance, range of motion and strength by combining breath with movement.

 Pilates by the Lake

Pilates is for every type of body! Following the Joseph Pilates vision to help people feel great and bring them together through movement, this program helps participants get in touch with the dynamic range of movement in their bodies.


Dynamic Fitness

 HIGH Fitness

HIGH Fitness combine is old-school aerobics made modern! Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. You’ll have a blast, see real results, and leave this class wanting more!


GFIT classes are all about encouragement and support! These small-scale classes are taught under the guidance of a certified personal trainer, dedicated to helping you meet your fitness goals and have fun!

 Aqua Fitness

Aqua Fitness is a pool-based class performed in deeper water, improving joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. Incorporating cardio and strength intervals, this is an ideal program for people looking for a low-impact, dynamic fitness program.



Evolve Pickleball

Evolve Pickleball is a great way to get plugged in to one of the fastest-growing sports in the US! Evolve offers a range of classes for all skill levels, helping new players become excited about the sport and helping experienced players hone their skills.

 SweetSpot Tennis

SweetSpot Tennis offers a wide variety of opportunities for youth and adults to expand and develop their tennis skills. Take your tennis game to the next level while meeting new tennis friends! These fast-paced classes focus on footwork, fitness and fun with certified professional coaches.

 Soccer Shots (Children’s Soccer)

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development both on and off the field! Through fun games, songs and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active.




This introductory class focuses on both the technical and creative aspects of digital photography. It is designed to enhance your appreciation of the medium as well as provide you with the base of technical skills to express yourself through the creation of your images.

Doggie Do

Every animal has a unique personality and disposition. Because of this, every animal needs to be trained differently. This requires a unique dog trainer, with a wide range of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Whether you want to train a young dog, or an older dog, you need guidance to effectively train your canine pet. If you love your furry companion, you can count on Doogie Do to train with love and compassion.
