SAMLARC takes pride in a safe, valuable, and welcoming community.

If you notice a common area in need of attention (such as a running sprinkler or damaged slide), we invite you to submit a maintenance request. Please keep in mind that some areas within Rancho Santa Margarita are not part of SAMLARC property - including streets, neighborhood common areas, commercial centers, mailboxes, and City amenities (dog park, skate park, and splash pad).
