Dive into Summer at the Lago Santa Margarita Beach Club!

Join us as we kick off the season with the grand opening of the Beach Club Lagoon! Celebrate with us and enjoy an unforgettable day filled with music from a live DJ, interactive games, exciting prizes, airbrush tattoos, balloon twisting, and so much more!

Fun in the Sun Awaits!
Take advantage of complimentary rentals, including Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Water Trikes, and Surrey Bikes, available from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Please note, the last water vessels depart at 4:30 PM.

Event Hours & Facility Access:
The facility operates daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with Lagoon water access closing at 7:00 PM.

No registration is required for this event, though Beach Club access may be limited based on facility capacity.

Event Guidelines

Please note:

  • NO glass containers (including beverage and food containers, or jars), pets, and BBQs are not permitted in the facility.
  • SAMLARC Members with IDs are welcome to bring their immediate household and a total of 5 guests to the Beach Club Lagoon.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.
  • The Lagoon schedule includes safety breaks at the top of each hour to allow families to rest, reapply sunscreen, and enjoy time on the sand, as well as allowing the sand to settle in the water, protecting swimmer visibility and water clarity.
  • Only Coast Guard-approved life preservers are permitted – floaties and water wings are prohibited.
  • Children under the age of 4 must wear approved waterproof vinyl pants when in the water and on the sand. Vinyl pants are available in the Beach Club Office.
  • Contamination of the Lagoon will result in facility closure until cleaning is complete.
  • Fins, noodles, air mattresses, and other floating devices are prohibited.
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted.
  • Propane tanks and portable barbecues are prohibited.
  • Individuals or groups engaged in hazardous or destructive behavior will be requested to leave the facility immediately.
  • Pets are prohibited in the Beach Club.
